ECHO TR series parts

ECHO SL series is not the lightest bike we can make, in fact we can make it even lighter very easily -- drill big holes on the rims, smaller diameter axle, smaller bering, bigger holes on the cogs ......, but we don't do that. That will make the parts weaker at the same time. We know that lighter means weaker if we use same material and same design. how can we make the SL parts to be Super Light? We use better material and new design. Most SL series parts are CNC from the strongest aluminum 7075 T6, and some are CNC from the tuff 2014 aluminum. We use 6AL4V harden titanium bolts for all SL parts, too.

We believe SL series strong enough for 90% riders. But what is enough? Ha ha.. It's hard to say. Anyway, you know what we are talking about....

Don't think these parts will last forever, even we use the best material and special design. Urban series is stronger than SL, but it still can't last forever. Bike is build to ride but not build to last.

ECHO SL clamps for rim brake slave cylinder

Full CNC from 7075T6 aluminum
New design with huge breathing holes, much lighter than before model.
Full titanium bolts.
New 6061T6 ball spacers, the slave cylinders will never turning. It's a simple update, but it's very important.

By adding a 2.5mm steel spring take place the fixed design.
Add a Nylon bearing for the small chain cog for smooth turing.

ECHO SL front fork 26" for disc brake only

New butted steerer top tube and butted fork leg thickness make it very light: 716g.
The new disc mount design to sue a 185mm disc rotor when using a standard front disc clipper. If you run a rear disc clipper on this fork, you can run a 203mm disc rotor without any adapter.

New butted steerer top tube and butted fork leg thickness make it very light: 742g.
The new disc mount design to fit a 185mm disc rotor when using a standard front disc clipper. If you run a rear disc clipper on this fork, you can run a 203mm disc rotor without any adapter.
The new design 4 bolt mount fit the fork blades very well, avoid welding hurt the fork blades too much.
