TR series focus on the balance between function and the price. To make a good bike by lower price is the reason why we have this series.

How do we make it? We use low cost way to make TR parts. Most parts are forged 6061 T6 to get the shape at first, then CNC the key position, instead the full CNC+ AL 7075 in the SL series. By this way the parts still quite strong and good function, just without the hot CNC looking. We also use High grade CRMO steel bolts instead the Ti bolts in the SL series. But these bolts are not that cheap. In fact we just use the best steel bolts. You can see the 12.9 number at the head of the bolts, it means it match the highest 12.9 strength standard. Most other brands use 8.8 or even lower standard bolt. This is why people say ECHO bolt are harder than others. Anyway, We still use the best material and CNC to make the important heart parts to guarantee the function.

Some parts are directly buy from other mass parts makers like VP and ACS, because these parts are quite good and their price is unbeatable, till now. Before we have our own design for better function and better price, we use them for TR series line.

ECHO TR hydraulic brake set
